I'm Meenasha, founder of Mystic Retreats, and your guide for this unforgettable retreat.
From the moment I first stepped foot in Belize—especially Hopkins—I knew this place was special. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of forming meaningful connections within the community, and it’s an honor to introduce you to the rich culture, vibrant traditions, and warm hospitality that make Hopkins shine.
During our time together, I’ll be your bridge to an experience like no other—one where you’ll connect with Maya and Garifuna communities firsthand and immerse yourself in traditions that keep their cultures alive.
But this retreat is about more than cultural discovery—it’s also a journey inward. As a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, both of which I trained for right here in Belize, I believe in the power of intentional travel to nourish both the soul and the community.
