This retreat has been consciously curated for women of color seeking a travel experience that blends wellness, cultural immersion, and ethical tourism. If you’re looking to deepen your connection with yourself and the world while supporting local communities along the way, this retreat is for you!

A transformative 5-day journey filled with: Daily wellness practices like meditation, breathwork, and yoga. Yes. This retreat is intentionally alcohol- and substance-free. This creates a grounding and mindful experience where you can be fully present, connect deeply with yourself and others, and embrace the cultural richness of Belize with clarity and purpose.

Take advantage of Early Bird Pricing until March 15th: Double Occupancy: $1,999 per person Single Occupancy: $2,299 (very limited!) After March 15th, prices increase by $250 per person until general registration closes on April 20th.

A $350 deposit is required to reserve your place. With only 10 spots available, we encourage you to claim yours before it's too late!

You can pay your remaining balance in one, two, or three installments. The full balance must be paid by May 19th, 2025.

You’ll be staying at Harada Inn, a tranquil retreat space owned by a Garifuna couple with deep roots in Hopkins. Harada Inn was carefully selected to provide comfort, cultural connection, and a peaceful retreat environment—just a short walk from the sea and vibrant village life.

Fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City. We’ll coordinate your ground transportation to the retreat.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive at BZE by early afternoon on July 3rd. This ensures that you can catch our group ground transportation to Hopkins. Departure: Book your return flight for July 7th in the late afternoon or evening. The drive from Hopkins to the airport is approximately 2 hours, so we’ll ensure you get there in time for your flight.

Absolutely! While we have an intentional itinerary, there is built-in downtime for rest, reflection, and personal exploration.

We’ve got you covered! Belizean cuisine is incredibly fresh and diverse, and we will accommodate dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.). Just let us know in advance!

Yes! Traveling with someone you love makes the experience even more special. If you’d like to share a room, select the double occupancy option at registration.
